Your “Why” might be about helping others, creating something meaningful, building a business, or living with more intention. It's personal. It’s powerful. And when you’re in alignment with it, life feels more fulfilling.

But even when your “Why” is clear… things can still feel off.

You’re tired. Uninspired. Doubting everything.

Rest and recovery are part of purpose-driven living. If you're pushing nonstop, you might need a genuine break—not just a lazy weekend. Time off helps renew your energy and perspective.


2. How’s Your Health?

No clarity without well-being.
Lack of energy might stem from something physical: sleep deprivation, poor nutrition, or even something as simple as a vitamin deficiency. If your body’s running on empty, passion can’t carry you far.


3. Are You Getting Enough Sleep?

You can’t pour from an empty cup.
Aim for 7–9 hours a night. Waking up tired every day? Your brain and body might be screaming for rest - and without it, even the most meaningful work feels like a chore.


4. Have You Completed a Goal Recently?

We thrive on momentum.
Finishing a big goal can bring unexpected emptiness. Without a fresh challenge, we flounder. Your “Why” hasn’t disappeared - it just needs a new mountain to climb.

If those around you don’t support your journey - or worse, dismiss it - you may start doubting your path. Surround yourself with people who encourage your growth, even if they don’t share your exact purpose.
