What's unique about Start Up to Success?
The delivery of expertise and the breadth of knowledge you’ll receive – which is entirely tailored to you! Unlike other business coaching programmes, you will not be told you have to do things a specific way. Instead, you’ll be taught how to create a profitable business using approaches that feel aligned and right for you. Like a pick and mix business structure!
This is also unique in that the business Dr Victoria has built, has been with real clients – not other coaches. We believe this is extremely rare in this industry, in which most coaches offering business coaching have built their own businesses with fellow coaches or service providers as their clients base. Dr Victoria built a 6 figure coaching business with a ‘real’ client base, working about 20 hours per week, before developing this programme.
You’ll have access to Dr Victoria Stakelum, who as well as growth hacking bigger businesses, has successfully gone through all of the stages of small business start up and has successfully launched a coaching and consultancy business of her own as well as founding one of the world’s most successful online Higher Education companies, Arden University.
You will have expert advice on everything from your lead generation through to your conversion technique with your prospective clients, through to your mindset, through to your branding and general marketing.
How much live support do we receive and when are the sessions?
During the 12 weeks of the programme, in addition to your learning resources, you will be able to meet with Dr Victoria live, three times per week. The sessions are as follows:

Your skillset development calls are designed to equip you with whatever answers, mentoring or guidance you need to make decisions, shape your business and develop and create your foundations, lead alchemy and heart centred enrolment success.
Your Mindset support calls are to help you breakthrough to whatever internal difficulties or blockers show up as you navigate the journey – whether that be self worth issues, fear, procrastination or alignment issues.
Your Accountability sessions are designed to give you some gentle accountability around getting sh*t done! We declare our intentions for the session then work quietly together in the group and at the end confirm what we did or didn’t achieve in the session, celebrating wins and supporting difficulties.
How long will it take for me to see results in my business?
The actions that we will work through can have impact almost instantly in terms of generating opportunities, as well as equipping you to convert those opportunities.
What does it cost?
During our April 2026 Relaunch, we are offering Start Up to Success for the discounted rate of £2,000 in full, or three installments of £700. What outcomes can I reasonably expect by the end of the programme?
By the end of the programme, you will have:
a) enrolled new clients
b) created an infrastructure to allow that process to be repeatable, so that you can create those successful results ongoing
c) done this through an energy that feels aligned, so that continuing to deliver successful outcome in your business feels fun, joyful and ease filled – no longer messy, resistance-filled or dread inducing!
d) You will have clarity on all the niggly little bits and pieces of business that have you stumped or stuck.

How is this different from business training courses or self‑study programmes?
Start Up to Success blends personalised coaching and mentoring (from an award-winning coach and chartered marketer), mindset work and practical training that will teach you how to build a success infrastructure that works for you (rather than the other way around!). You will receive lessons and templates, but you will also receive highly tailored feedback, frequent in person support sessions and a brilliant community of likeminded solopreneurs on a similar journey.
Is this programme suitable if I’m not a coach but a service‑based founder?
The concepts in this programme are designed to be effective for coaches, consultants, and service providers – including healers, psychologists and therapists – anyone who is delivering a service either to private individuals or businesses. It will be particularly relevant for people who are the service they are providing. It is designed for people that are heart led and high integrity and want to have great impact without compromising on their values or their sanity!
What commitment (time & effort) do I need to invest to get results?
We would expect you to be able to complete the learning resources in as little as 30 minutes per lesson. Everything beyond that is optional additional focus. If you give 5-10 hours per week to this, expect to see really great results quickly. If you give 2-4 hours per week, expect to see a slightly slower build and growth. There are no rules here – you design your progress to suit your preferences!
How does delivery work (live calls, recordings, 1‑on‑1, group support)?
There are three main components to this programme:
1. The programme resources that you will be learning from – these are designed to be short, sharp and actionable. So there will be a short video with some kind of reflection, action or decision-making exercise that will move your business forward. How much time you then give to executing on what you learned is up to you. Inevitably, the more time you spend actioning the things you are learning, the faster and better the results you receive.
2. The live sessions – these are optional, but you are encouraged to join them. Each of these sessions is designed to provide highly tailored live time support, feedback and guidance to help you implement and embed the learnings you are gainin and building.
3. The online community – this is your space for sharing, collaboration, receiving feedback, sharing wins and seeking support from your community in addition to Dr Victoria between sessions.
What if I’m already further along (I have some clients / revenue)?
This programme is designed to add value to a start up business or a business that is in a cycle of struggle/feast famine. As well as creating the clear foundations needed to get things up and running, it will give you an infrastructure to keep things moving and keep you motivated so that your business becomes increasingly well established – wherever you are in that journey at the moment.
What support is available between sessions?
Your learning resources are delivered via a portal that can be accessed through any web browser or on your phone via the dedicated ‘Success Smith’ app. In the app you will also find a community of fellow participants in your Start Up to Success Discussion forum. Here you can ask questions, seek feedback and raise discussion topics for engagement from both your peers in the programme and Dr Victoria.
How will I know if this programme is a good fit before I enrol?
The best way to assess your fit for the programme is to book a Discovery Call with Dr Victoria. You will NEVER be pressurised into enrolling on the programme and Victoria will be clear and up front with you about what you can expect to gain from the programme and whether it is a good fit for you or not.
