Dive in for a mix of thoughtful, creative, and wellness-focused gifts that are sure to brighten someone’s holiday season (and maybe add a little something to your own wish list too!).

1. Selenite Crystal Wand

Those of you that watch my stuff or work with me may notice that I ALWAYS have a whopping selenite crystal behind me just in shot. Selenite is said to have powerful energetic cleansing qualities both for cleansing personal energy fields and for clearing and balancing chakras. My work involves SO MUCH ENERGY CLEARING that I always feel like that crystal is like a supportive hand on my shoulder to help me hold that clearing space for clients. I even waft it around sometimes when someone is in really deep and I want to support their process. You can get one just like mine here https://amzn.to/4iGLF8m to keep your space energetically clear or have with you when journalling, meditating or doing clearing or emotion rituals.

2. Meditation Cushion (Zafu)

If you’re into meditation, a nice zafu (meditation cushion) that you only use for this one purpose is a must-have! The round shaped ones are more comfy than the half moon shaped ones (trust me, I meditate for an hour or more each day and I’ve tried both!) and it’s good to keep it just for meditating so that the filling maintains its shape over the long term. I also favour something pretty, so that you feel good going to sit on it for your little stint of challenge!  I like this one from Hihealer https://amzn.to/4fbBsh9 – it is tall, pretty and has a good filling (buckwheat) so maintains it’s shape for a long time.

3. Yoga Mat

Some kind of daily movement is a MUST! A 10-15 minute yoga session each day is really easy to incorporate and has massive health benefits in terms of energy, emotion (coz we store up the negative ones as tightness in our body, which yoga can release), strength and flexibility. I like to have a good yoga mat because the cheap ones you get in supermarkets tend to get patch pretty quickly and don’t stand the test of time. You also want good grip and cushioning and it’s nice if it’s pretty too! This one ticks the boxes and will be on my wish list this Christmas! https://amzn.to/41tENVv

4. Wall Decoration

This is another one that you might have spotted over my shoulder in my sessions. This pretty ‘tree of life’ wall decoration is made up of tiny crystals that make up the chakra spectrum. As well as being beautiful there are energetic qualities to these crystals and having them in your field is supportive of balance, healing and calm. https://amzn.to/4g9pqGb

5. Notes on Abundance

I love using oracle cards (have you seen my own daily journaling set? Take a look here. But my favourite cards from another person are these ‘Notes from the Universe on Abundance’ from Mike Dooley https://amzn.to/49u4XcR. Not only are they absolutely beautiful and stunning, but I love that each one has a chirpy, cheeky note of encouragement positioned as being from the Universe her very self! They never fail to make me smile, whilst reminding me of universal truths on the nature of abundance that help me stay on track, and in high vibration.

6. Trainer Fresheners

I originally bought these de-odorisers to make my boxing gloves less stinky. But I’ve realised their real beauty is that they can freshen up a pair of trainers like nobody’s business! Pop one into each trainer between use to keep your trainers in a super-fresh lavender smell. Or get a set for your smelly-footed loved-one! https://amzn.to/4g9qiur

7. Old Fashioned Alarm Clock

Are you battling with your phone addiction? One of the simplest things to do is ban it from your bedroom so that it isn’t the first and last thing you look at each day. In particular, avoiding phones for an hour before bed has a massive impact on sleep quality. But we all use our phone as our alarm clock, right? Well how about instead of using your phone as your alarm, you get a good old fashioned push button alarm clock and leave your phone outside. I like this one because it has big buttons and display, but doesn’t have a lit up screen that will create blue light in your bedroom during the night. https://amzn.to/4fcMh2x

8. Remember to breathe!

If you, like me, forget to breathe (slowly and deeply) throughout the day, even that you know that to do so will affect stress levels, composure and wellbeing, then you might also benefit from this pop socket. A great stocking filler, pop it onto your phone for extra grip, and each time you use it, be reminded to take a pause and a breath... https://amzn.to/41v1UPA

9. Water Bottle

I ALWAYS have a litre bottle of water with me. You all know hydration is super important, but how many of us really drink as much water as we need? In the spirit of making it easy and convenient to build foundational habits that support wellbeing, I have a 1 litre water bottle that I refill regularly and I aim to consume 2 per day. Something that doesn’t leak, is hardy enough to be battered around with me and is BPA free ticks my boxes – this is the one I currently have on the go https://amzn.to/3Dbb6OW

10. Gratitude

I have to work hard to make sure I maintain my gratitude practise. When I’m on the case with it, everything in life seems to go better and work smoother. When I fall off the wagon, my old bad mindset habits can swoop in in a flash! In January this year I treated myself to a simple daily gratitude journal. There’s just something nice about having a little prompt and a dedicated book to work in when you’re bringing effort and commitment to something that doesn’t happen so easily. This journal has a sturdy hardback cover, a really varied set of daily prompts and little images and quotes that make the whole process feel intuitive and enjoyable. https://amzn.to/3ONpHCX
