Email Marketing Specialist

Are you an experienced email marketing professional who gets a kick out of improving open rates, click rates and conversions through fun, powerful copywriting?

Do you have experience of running email campaigns through Hubspot (or similar) and/or LeadConnect?

I am Dr Victoria Stakelum – the Success Smith, and I am searching for a very special someone to join the team to lead our email marketing and copywriting activities.

• You will be as comfortable with structure, targets and process as you are with lateral thinking, innovation and creative writing.
  
  
• You have demonstrable experience of driving up performance of email marketing and copy-based content from your previous roles but are at a stage in your career where it suits you to work in a more flexible way - on a part time basis and with the potential to develop your role over time in whatever way suits your home life and ambition.
  
  
• You are excited to work in close partnership with a passionate and purpose-driven team to generate new opportunities and improve results in a young and fast growing organisation with real purpose and heart.
  
  
• You’re quite interested in things like coaching, personal development, leadership, NLP or positive psychology and excited to work in an environment where expertise in these topics allows us to transform lives, day in day out, together.
  
  
• You’ll be ready and willing to develop your own knowledge so you can generate the best and most relevant communications for our community without always needing me to guide and direct you. (Loads of access to self-directed training and development will be provided!)
  
  
• You are utterly trustworthy, with the determination, commitment and personal responsibility for making sure opportunities are realised and targets are achieved.
  
  
• You are honest, up front and able to give and receive feedback constructively and with maturity – and have a bit of fun along the way.

The Email Marketing Specialist Role

This role is key to engaging and informing our growing database of clients, prospects and subscribers in a way that adds value and calls forth those that are ready to engage more deeply, by attending an event, booking a call or joining a programme.

For the right person there is great potential for growth and professional development within the role – both in terms of how much you work, the breadth of responsibilities you take on and the income you create through your role in our shared success.

You will have the opportunity to lead and shape the email marketing approach, from influencing strategy, messaging and processes, through to executing campaigns, segmenting, analysing and testing approaches and copywriting communications.

You will become a key part of the team and truly engage with the Success Smith mission. You will care about the work we do together and the communities we serve.

Please note that you’ll need to have a willingness to show some flexibility in your role, in recognition that we are a small team that is growing rapidly.
